Temporary to Permanent Personnel

An employee(s) works on our payroll, typically for approximately 3 months (540 hours), after which the worker can be hired free of charge. (Shorter and longer terms are available) This period can be looked at as a probation period, which gives our client’s the time to decide whether or not to hire the worker. During this period, our client has no labour liabilities, because we are the employer. If at any point in this period the client is not happy with the worker(s), they simply notify us and we will replace the worker free of charge. Note: The hours accumulated by the first worker get merged with the 2nd worker and count towards the 540-hour period, or whatever period is agreed upon between both parties.
