An employee(s) works on our payroll for our client on a temporary basis to fill an expected or unexpected gap in staffing. This saves the client time and money because they don’t have to go through the hiring process and start someone on their payroll, only to have to lay them off soon afterwards. The client has no labour liabilities at all in this scenario as the worker is on our payroll and not theirs. If the client is not happy with a worker(s), they simply contact us and we will replace them free of charge. Temp workers can sometimes be found immediately and can report for work the same day the client contacts us.
